Be Prepared for a Harsh Winter with My.N Business Management

Businesses are being urged to be prepared this winter by using an innovative business management package that enables workers to stay in touch even when they cannot make it into the office.
After the country ground to a halt last winter, Neath-based Accounting Office Software Ltd is urging people to use the WOW (Web or Windows) version of My.N, which allows workers to access their work systems wherever they are in the world.
The flexible, integrated software also ensures that front office activities, such as customer queries, sales orders and correspondence, work with the same data as back office activities, such as despatching, invoicing and accounting.
Ian Richards, Managing Director of Accounting Office Software Ltd, said it means even the smallest business can run like a multi-national firm; but without the expensive and limiting factors such as infrastructure and capital costs of items including hardware, servers, and costs involved with managing IT systems and upgrades.
And with another harsh few months being forecast, My.N could prove a vital tool in any business's armoury, he said.
“With our software, you do not have to be sitting in the office to continue working,“ he explained. “Simply plug in your laptop from home, or wherever you are stranded, and you can work with exactly the same functionality as if you were in the office."
