Track Email Marketing
My.N's Campaign Manager allows you to track who opens the emails you send, and who clicks through to your website for more information. This gives you a valuable insight into how effective your messages are at getting opened, and who to direct your follow-up resources at.

Live data can be reported on in any number of ways. The above Mailer Performance Report shows the results from a recent email campaign. This shows how many of the emails were opened and how many people clicked through on the links within the email.
Click on each report to see it in greater detail.
Link Tracking Summary Report Not only will you learn how many people opened the email, but a Link Tracking Summary Report shows you exactly who clicked on the links within the email, together with the number of times they clicked.
Immediately, here we can see that account number H T00003 has clicked on 7 links within the email. This clearly highlights that there is an interest in the content of the email. Further details of which can be seen opposite.

Link Tracking Event Report.

By drilling down further we see that this prospect has clicked through 7 links over a period of 4 days. This would indicate that there is a definate interest. This important information kicks off a series of activites to ensure that further timely communication is made with the prospect. Follow-up activity can take the form of another email, or a telemarketing list. Having this key information means that it is possible to have a meaningful communication with a interested prospect.
This insightful data gives you - previously unavailable - quantifiable evidence of what works best with your clients, allowing you to evaluate and tailor future emails for maximum return.
